2025年10月10日、マリガヤハウスのオンライン基本オリエンテーションを実施しました♪（※English is below)

マリガヤハウスは、JFC(Japanese -Filipino Children)への法的支援を軸とした人権擁護活動をしています。

法的支援の内容は以下の通りです。
* 日本人父親の所在確認
* 日本人の父親への法的な認知請求
* 未成年JFCへの養育費請求
* 日本国籍取得の届出（日本法で認知されている必要があります）
* 日本国籍の再取得（JFCの両親が結婚し、その後にフィリピンで出生し、3か月以内にフィリピンの日本大使館または日本の市町村役場に「出生届」を提出せず日本国籍を喪失しているため、来日をして日本国籍の再取得をしたいケースです）
* 日本旅券（パスポート）申請
* 相続請求
＊日本国籍があるはずだが、日本人としての有効な身分証明がなく、身分が確認できない。

On October 10, 2025, we conducted an online basic orientation of Maligaya House.

Maligaya House provides legal support for Japanese-Filipino Children (JFC) as the core of its human rights advocacy activities.

The legal support provided includes the following:
* Confirming the whereabouts of the Japanese father
* Filing a legal claim for recognition of paternity with the Japanese father
* Claiming child support for minor JFC
* Filing a notification for Japanese nationality acquisition (requires recognition under Japanese law)
* Reacquisition of Japanese nationality (Cases where JFC parents married, the child was born in the Philippines, and Japanese nationality was lost due to failure to submit a “ Report of Birth” to the Japanese Embassy in the Philippines or a Japanese municipal office within 3 months after birth, and the individual wishes to come to Japan to reacquire Japanese nationality)
* Application for a Japanese passport
* Inheritance claims
＊Individuals who should have Japanese nationality but lack valid Japanese identification and cannot confirm their identity.
