「技能実習・特定技能」「労働」「入管法・住基法・総合的対応策」、「難民・収容」「子ども・若者」「移民女性」「 医療・福祉・社会保障及び貧困対策」などのテーマごとに別れ、関係省庁との協議を実施しました。

JFCネットワークは「移住女性」の部に参加し、以下の要請事項をあげました。話し合いは今後、フォローアップ交渉という形で継続していく予定です。

高市政権となり「外国人政策の厳格化」「日本国籍取得の厳格化」を強く打ち出していますが、異なる人や文化、習慣を持つ人たちが交わる場所にはいつの時代でも多少なりとも軋轢や衝突が生まれますが、でも、その中から新たな創造が生みだされ、日本の文化や習慣も変化しながら育まれていくのではないでしょうか。外国にルーツのある人たちを取り締まり管理する対象としてではなく、日本社会の共生社会を豊かに築く一員として迎えようという姿勢を持ちたいと思います。

On Nov. 17 (Mon) and 18 (Tue), 2025, the Solidarity Network for Migrants held negotiations with government departments at Member’s office Building of the House of Councilors

Participants divided into groups based on themes such as “Technical Intern Training/Specified Skilled Worker,” “Labor,” “Immigration Control Act/Resident Registration Act/Comprehensive Measures,” “Refugees/Detention,” “Children/Youth,” “ Migrant Women,” and “Healthcare/Welfare/Social Security and Poverty Measures,” and held discussions with relevant ministries.

The JFC Network participated in the “Migrant Women” group and presented the following requests. Discussions are expected to continue in the form of follow-up negotiations.

Although Takaichi’s administration strongly emphasizes “tightening foreigner policies” and “tightening Japanese nationality acquisition,” there will always be some friction and conflict wherever people of different backgrounds, cultures, and customs interact. However, we believe that new creativity will be born from this, and that Japanese culture and customs will also be nurtured and developed through these changes. We should adopt an attitude of welcoming people with people of foreign roots not as subjects to be regulated and managed, but as members who enrich the building of a harmonious society within Japanese society.
