2023年4月11日、マリガヤハウスで基本オリエンテーションを実施しました。4人のJFCがオリエンテーションに参加し、全員成人年齢に達していました。※English is below.

そのうちの2人は、日本人の父親への認知請求を希望していました。

もう1人は、両親の結婚の合法性を確認し、自身も日本国籍保持者であることを確認できました。

また、もう一人のJFCは、日本国籍を持っているのですが、日本の戸籍上、裁判で「失踪」したこととされ、「死亡」とされていたことが判明し支援を求めてきました。
マリガヤハウスのクライアントとして正式に認められ、JFCネットワークでケースを受理するためには、オンライン・オリエンテーションを受けることが必須条件となります。

On April 11, 2023, Basic Orientation at Maligaya House was held.

Four JFCs attended the orientation, all of whom had reached the age of adulthood. Two of them are seeking recognition for their Japanese fathers.

The other JFC found out that her Japanese parents are legally married and that she herself is a Japanese national.

The other JFC, who had already acquired Japanese nationality, asked for assistance after checking her Japanese family register, which showed that she had been “disappeared” and declared “deceased” by a court of law.

In order to be accepted as a client of Maligaya House and for the case to be accepted by the JFC network, it is a necessary condition for the client to undergo orientation at Maligaya House. We appreciate your understanding.
