2023年10月13日、マリガヤハウスでオンライン基本オリエンテーションを実施しました。※English is below.

今月のオリエンテーションには、既存のケースと新規の相談があった緊急ケースの合計7名（母親5名、JFC4名）が参加しました。

そのうちの1件は、日本人の父親に認知されたJFCが2024年6月に18歳になるため、緊急案件として優先的に受任することになりました。 日本国籍を取得するためには、18歳の誕生日までに日本大使館に国籍取得届を提出する必要があります。

マリガヤハウスに相談する前、母親は日本国籍を取得できるJFCの権利について知りませんでした。

マリガヤハウスでケースを受理するためには毎月のオリエンテーションに参加する必要があります。現在、たくさんのケースが参加を待っています。緊急ケースが優先となっていますので、それ以外のケースは、しばらくお待ちいただくことになりますが、どうぞご理解下さいますようお願いします。

On October 13, 2023, an online basic orientation was held at Maligaya House.

A total of 7 participants (5 mothers and 4 JFCs) attended this month’s orientation, consisting of existing cases and newly consulted emergency cases.

One of the cases, JFC, recognized by his Japanese father, will turn 18 in June 2024 and will be accepted as a priority as an urgent case. In order to obtain Japanese nationality, JFC must submit a notification of acquisition of nationality to the Japanese Embassy by his 18th birthday.

Prior to consulting with Maligaya House, the mother was unaware of JFC’s right to acquire Japanese nationality.

In order for a case to be accepted at Maligaya House, the mother must attend a monthly orientation. Currently, many cases are waiting for participation. Urgent cases are given priority, so please understand that other cases will have to wait for a while.
