愛子さんは婚内子でフィリピンで出生後3か月以内に出生届と国籍留保届を提出しなかったために日本国籍を喪失してしまったケースでした。成人年齢の引き下げに合わせて国籍法17条の国籍再取得の可能な年齢も20歳から18歳に引き下げられたのですが、2024年3月31日までの経過措置の対象のケースだったため、昨年8月に一人で来日して先日、無事に日本国籍を再取得できました！　これからは仕事を探して働く予定です💛
