2025年6月21日（土）－22日（日）、群馬県高崎市で行われた移住者と連帯する全国フォーラム2025に参加してきました。（※English is below.）

21日の基調講演はノンフィクションライターの安田浩一さんが「差別と偏見に脅かされるクルド人コミュニティー」についての話をされました。次に、弁護士の師岡康子さんが「人種差別撤廃法・条例の制定にむけて～到達点と課題」をテーマに話をされました。

その後は各分科会に分かれてのセッションがありました。分科会の内容は、①入門編、②労働、③技能実習、④医療・福祉・社会保障、⑤子ども・若者、⑥自治体政策、⑦人種差別・ヘイトスピーチでした。JFCネットワークからは伊藤里枝子と濱田しなのが参加し、伊藤は「労働」、濱田は「医療・福祉・社会保障」に参加しました。

交流会ではとても美味しいスリランカ料理など様々な料理を楽しむことができました。

日本社会が一人ひとりの尊厳を尊重し、国籍や民族、ルーツ、ジェンダーに関わらず、共に生きる社会を目指して、ここに集う仲間たちと一緒に今後ともたたかっていこうという思いを強くしました。

On June 21 (Sat) and 22 (Sun), 2025, we participated in the National Forum 2025 for Solidarity with Migrants held in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture.On the 21st, the keynote speech was delivered by non-fiction writer Mr. Koichi Yasuda on the topic of “The Kurdish Community Threatened by Discrimination and Prejudice.” Following this, Atty. Yasuko Morooka, spoke on the theme of “Toward the Enactment of Anti-Racial Discrimination Laws and Ordinances: Achievements and Challenges.”

Following this, participants divided into breakout sessions. The breakout session topics were: ① Introduction, ② Labor, ③ Technical Intern Training, ④ Medical Care, Welfare, and Social Security, ⑤ Children and Youth, ⑥ Local Government Policies, and ⑦ Racial Discrimination and Hate Speech. From the JFC Network, Rieko Ito and Shinako Hamada participated, Ito in the “Labor” session and Hamada in the “Medical Care, Welfare, and Social Security” session.

At the exchange party, we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes, including Sri Lankan cuisine.

We were strengthened in our commitment to continue working together with our colleagues gathered here to build a society in which Japanese society respects the dignity of each individual and all people live together regardless of nationality, ethnicity, roots, or gender.
