マリガヤハウスは、JFC(Japanese-Filipino Children)への主に法的支援活動を行うＮＧＯです。

法的支援内容は主に以下の通りです。

* 日本在住の日本人父親の所在確認

* 認知請求

* 養育費請求

* 日本国籍（再）取得

* 日本旅券（パスポート）申請

* 離婚無効、親権者変更

＊遺産相続

相談を受けた時点で、十分な証拠を持つJFC及び母親はオンライン基本オリエンテーションへの参加ができます。参加者は、JFCの日本における権利及び当団体が提供する支援内容を理解した上で、手続きを進めるか否かを決めることができます。ケースが正式に受理されるのは、その後、通常毎月末に開催されるオンライン受理会議への出席が必須となります。書類が揃い正式に受理されたケースはケース番号がつきます。

Online Basic Orientation of Maligaya House

Maligaya House is a Non- Government Organization (NGO) that is committed to provide legal assistance for the abandoned Japanese-Filipino Children (JFC).

Legal Assistance:

* Locating the Japanese father in Japan

* Legal action for legal recognition

* Legal action for child support

* Japanese nationality application

*Japanese nationality re-acquisition

* Japanese passport application

* Legal action for nullity of divorce and parental authority

* Inheritance claim

During the screening process/consultation, those JFC and mothers who have sufficient evidence are invited to join the online basic orientation. The participants must understand the JFC’s rights in Japan and the assistance that MH offers before they decide to proceed. They will be required to attend the online acceptance meeting which is usually conducted on the last week of each month for their case to be officially accepted. Each client will be provided with a case number during acceptance and submission of documents.
